Group items into reusable Tack Kits ("Show Kit", "Daily Riding Kit", "Travel Kit") and assign them to specific horses. Packing the lorry on a Friday night becomes a checklist, not a memory test.
Loan tracking — know who has your gear
Lend items to another Horsies user or to anyone by name, and the loan is tracked with checkout and due dates and the item's condition going out and coming back. Overdue loans are flagged on the item. Combined with the maintenance log, your tack room finally stops losing money to forgotten loans.
