One app for the whole yard

Most stable management is split across a paper diary, a WhatsApp group, a spreadsheet and a vet's text messages. Horsies replaces all of it with a single app that runs in any browser and installs to any phone. Health records, calendar, expenses, tack, competition results and team access — one source of truth for the whole yard.

A feeding board for the feed room

Each horse's feed plan holds up to six feeding times a day, with the feeds and amounts for each, supplements and notes. The whole team sees the plan, so whoever feeds knows what to give. Menu → Feeding shows what every horse gets at the feed nearest to now, in box order.

• Print the board as a landscape sheet, or a door card for each horse, four to a page.
• A horse without a plan can copy another horse's and change what differs.
• A plan changed in the last three days is marked, with who changed it.

Turnout and the Stable Folder

On the Stable page you log each horse's turnout for the day with one tap, or everyone at once. For stables in Finland, the Stable Folder collects the records a horse holding keeps from what you already log: the medication record, the feed record, the horse register, vaccinations, dewormings, vet visits and hoof and dental care.

• Print the folder, save it as a PDF or download it as one HTML file.
• Ready-made scopes: the whole folder (12 months), the medication record (5 years), the horse register (3 years) and the feed record (5 years).
• The medication form tells you what the medication record still lacks.

Roles for trainers, riders, grooms, vets and owners

Stable management is a team sport. Horsies has four built-in roles per horse: Owner (full control), Rider (full edit), Student (limited — no health or expense access) and Viewer (read-only). Roles are enforced server-side, not just in the UI, so a Student really cannot read what they should not.

• Invite anyone by their email address — no separate user licence required.
• Sharing as a Rider, Student or Viewer is always free.
• Mark diary entries, expenses and tack items as private to hide them from shared users.
• See who logged what expense for transparent cost-sharing.
• Entries stay as written: only the person who wrote one, or the horse's owner, can change or delete it, and every change is kept.

Plans for every appointment, training and chore

The calendar handles farrier visits, vet and dentist appointments, physio, saddle fitting, lessons, training rides, competitions, transport, grooming and recurring barn chores, and long events like a boarding stay stay on it until they end. Filter by horse or category, or see the whole yard at once. Pair it with the daily task board to keep grooms and barn staff on the same page in real time, and subscribe from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook to see it all in your own calendar.

Built for European yards (and beyond)

Horsies is fully localised in English, Finnish (Heppoi) and Swedish, and each person on the team picks their own language. A region setting switches between metric and US units, a 24- or 12-hour clock and A4 or Letter printing. Pricing is shown with the correct VAT, payments are handled by Polar (an EU Merchant of Record), data is stored with Google Cloud in the European Union and the app is fully GDPR compliant.
