Your medication and feed records, ready when someone asks.

Log a treatment or a feed delivery once, on your phone. The Stable Folder prints it into each horse’s medication record and the stable’s feed record, with every entry the record asks for.

The reason, the dose, who started the treatment, the withdrawal periods and where the medicine was bought. The competition withdrawal time fills in from the Hippos list, and a missing withdrawal period is flagged on the record.

Each photo or PDF page uses one scan page. Every horse with a seat adds 5 a month, and up to 60 per horse are kept.

The papers are read in the EU, and names of other owners on them aren’t taken. Scans you haven’t checked are deleted after 30 days. A saved medicine or vaccination keeps its page as proof.

Do I need to download anything from the App Store?
No. Horsies is a Progressive Web App — just open it in your browser and tap "Add to Home Screen." It looks and feels like a native app without the download.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your horse profiles and cached schedules are available offline. Changes sync automatically when you reconnect.
Can my rider/barn manager use it too?
Absolutely. Invite anyone by their email address as a Rider (full edit), Student (limited — no access to health or expenses), or Viewer (read-only). Sharing is always free.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored with Google Cloud in the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit. We're fully GDPR compliant, and you can download your account, your horses and every record in one file from your profile whenever you want.
How does the free trial start?
Your trial starts when you add your first horse, and covers that horse for 14 days. No credit card required up front — you can start using it right away.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial runs for 14 days from the day you add a horse. After that you can subscribe to keep going — nothing is charged automatically, because we never took a card. Your data is never deleted, so you can come back and pick up where you left off.
Can I track multiple horses?
Yes, unlimited. Each owned horse is €3.10/month excl. VAT, or from five horses a stable plan costs less: Stable 5 is €13.46, Stable 10 €23.82, Stable 20 €39.75 and Stable 30 €55.69 a month. Plans and seats add up, and sharing access with others is always free — no separate stable licence and no per-user fees.
Which languages and units does it support?
The app is in English, Finnish and Swedish. In Profile → Preferences you pick your region: Europe uses kilometres, kilograms, °C and A4, the United States miles, pounds, °F, hands and Letter paper. Your records are stored the same way either way, so a shared horse shows each person their own units.
